Here is where I insert a ton of wonderful things that I have learned and gotten to know about my couples. Here is where I blubber about having a great and beautiful love… Where I talk about how he looked at her, and how she stares at him. This is where I mention the light drizzle of rain that began just as she walked down the isle. Where I tell you about the stunning light being reflected off of that light drizzle… About the breath taking clearing in the forest meadow where they held their ceremony. About the stole glances, how he picked her up and twirled her around in the air under a rainbow… Where I saw how in love the are and how incredibly fun and full of laughter and love their receptions was. A prefect blend of supportive family and friends. Where I say they had an amazing family style served dinner and a plentyfull flow of wine. Where the photo booth was a hit and the night was danced away celebrating the joining of two amazing people… The stolen glances, the light drizzle, the stunning light… That is how their day unfolded. Love, family, and friends… After spending the day with Laura and Teague I can also say, how absolutely wonderful they are. How they welcomed me to share in and document their day having never met me before. You see, Laura and Teague were not expecting me. They were expecting their dear friend, my dear friend, Lisa of Story Lens Inc. Lisa is the adventurous type, more adventurous than all of the bones in my entire body combined. Although this adventure lead to a broken elbow for her while mountain biking… So even though unexpected, it is a wonderful thing to be able to have such a close and wonderful network of friends and talent where we can have each other to work with. Lisa was there for us while we welcomed Lila into the world, and were trying out how to function as a new family of three. Working with my couples they way I would have myself, and now I was working with her couples, in the same way. So here is to wonderful couples, amazing clients, stunning weddings, and a great talent. Laura and Teague, congratulation on your beautiful wedding and to your new adventures in life. To a hundred years of happiness and as Lisa says, “To a Journey of a Lifetime”
